Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gkundi Designs, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative work. Because our services involve custom digital design, intellectual concepts, and time investment, all payments are strictly non-refundable.

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Payments

• All payments made to Gkundi Designs are 100% non-refundable, regardless of project stage or reason for cancellation.
• Once a project begins, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• Refunds will only be issued at Gkundi Designs’ sole discretion, if deemed necessary due to exceptional circumstances.

2. Cancellations

• If you cancel your project for any reason, you forfeit all rights to the work created up to that point.
• A canceled project cannot be resumed unless a new full payment is made.
• Any project with no communication for 30 days will be considered abandoned (“ghosted”) and automatically canceled without refund.

3. Project Revisions

• Revisions are included until reasonable satisfaction is achieved, within the scope of the original brief.
• Revisions do not cover new directions, concepts, or requests outside the agreed scope.

4. Digital & Creative Work Disclaimer

• All delivered work (logos, graphics, branding, websites, etc.) is digital intellectual property.
• Once delivered, digital work cannot be returned; therefore, refunds are not possible after delivery.
• No refunds will be issued once the first draft or revision is shared.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Delays caused by lack of communication, missing information, or late approvals are not grounds for refunds.
• Clients must provide clear instructions, timely feedback, and all necessary materials.

6. Exceptions (Rare Cases)

• Refunds may only be considered if:
  • Gkundi Designs fails to start the project at all, or
  • We are unable to deliver any work due to internal inability (not client-related).
• In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

7. Final Acknowledgement

By engaging Gkundi Designs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. All disputes are subject to the laws of our operating jurisdiction.
